Most jobs split the floor between trades: the heating from one, the screed from another, the preparation from whoever is on site that week.
We do the lot: damp-proof membrane, insulation, pipework, screed and finish. One company, one responsibility and one point of contact — that is the whole reason to use us, and it is why main contractors keep coming back.
We also write specifications and design floors for other people to build — Center Parcs asked us to do exactly that before committing to a design for several hundred lodges.
