Screeding · Underfloor heating · Concrete floors
The whole floor, from one firm.
Screed, underfloor heating and power-floated concrete — designed, specified and laid by the same people. Over 20 years, from a single kitchen extension to 1,522 m² of floor for Bovis Lend Lease at the Curve theatre.
Main contractors
Programme, tolerances and a written specification. We price off drawings, and the date we give you is the date we are there.
Builders & developers
One firm for the whole floor — DPM, insulation, pipework, screed and finish — so there is nobody to chase between trades.
Self-builds & renovations
Straight advice on what your floor needs, what it will cost and how long before you can walk on it.
One price, one programme, one number to ring
Most jobs split the floor between trades: the heating from one, the screed from another, the preparation from whoever is on site that week — and when the floor fails, each of them blames the other.
We do the lot: damp-proof membrane, insulation, pipework, screed and finish. That is the whole reason to use us, and it is why main contractors keep coming back.
We also write specifications and design floors for other people to build — Centre Parcs asked us to do exactly that before committing to a design for several hundred lodges.
What we do

Wearing Surfaces
A wearing surface is the layer that takes the punishment — the tyres, the pallets, the dropped tools — so the structural floor underneath does not have to.

Floor Levelling
Most floor finishes fail because of what was underneath them, not because of the finish.
