Private island lodge, Poole Harbour

Underfloor heating and floor screed for a Canadian cedar lodge on a private island in Poole Harbour, near Sandbanks. The harbour is extremely shallow, so all of the plant and materials went over on a shallow-draught landing craft, and 20 m³ of pre-bagged flowing screed was mixed on the island to the specification and pumped over the heating.

The finished floor came out flat enough for large-format marble tiles to go straight down on it.
