Flowing screed over underfloor heating on five prototype lodges, built to test a design intended for several hundred lodges across the UK. We produced the floor design and the written specification, not just the pour.

The design and the specification were ours so that the client got a floor that was both cost-effective and thermally efficient — and could be repeated, lodge after lodge, by anyone working to the same document.
