Gyvlon Screed

Gyvlon screed flooring is based on a unique anhydrite binder and aims to be an environmentally friendly option. Gyvlon screed is part of our liquid screed range and is developed to increase thermal conductivity and reduce pipe cover, and this makes it particularly suited to under floor heating systems. Its thermal qualities give you maximum heat output, with lower levels of heat energy.  The Gyvlon screed ensures it’s easier to regulate the temperatures of your under floor heating as the screed is extremely responsive. In terms of installation gyvlon screed has many advantages! Compared to conventional screed as it can be laid quicker and can be walked on after a much shorter period of 24 to 48 hours. This means that schedules can be shorter and other trades can resume work on the project after a briefer interval, making it a cost effective alternative to more time intensive methods.

Why Choose Gyvlon Screed Flooring?

Gyvlon screed provides a hard wearing base for you to install your finished flooring. By choosing a liquid screed like Gyvlon you’re choosing a self compacting screed which offers the lowest levels of shrinking, cracking and curling. It offers ease of installation, but does not compromise on durability, providing high flexural strength.
